Order Details checklist

If you are ready to place an order, please read the information below. 

Reviewing this checklist will significantly speed up production.

☐ Due Date

This is the most important information to provide for the order. Once order details have been finalized the turnaround time cannot change. 

Standard Estimated Turnaround time is 7-12 business days. This depends on:

  • Order size

  • Design Complexity 

  • Current job schedule 

Guaranteed Turnaround Time is available, rush fees may apply.

Turnaround time does not start until all order details have been finalized and the invoice has been paid.

☐ Artwork

Embroidery: High quality JPG.

Screen printing: Sized vectorized .AI file.

DTG or woven labels: Sized artwork files. JPG, .AI or .PSD will work.

➜We do not edit artwork files once they are sent.

➜Artwork files need to be sent separately from digital mock ups.

☐ design dimensions

Please let us know the exact size you would like your design at.

We cannot choose dimensions for you.

Pro Tip!★ You can print out your design at home at the size you would like it embroidered/printed. Lay it over the type of garment you will be working with (hat/t-shirt/hoodie) to make sure this is the size you would like to move forward with. If you can’t print it out, using a ruler to measure out the design on the garment will work!

☐ Placement and digital mock ups

Let us know where on the garment you would like your design.

Example:

  • Front center of hat

  • Front left chest on T Shirt

  • Back center of hoodie, 6” below seam

If you have mock ups please share them with us.

Digital mock ups are never 100% accurate or to scale, they are primarily used to show design placement.

Blanks and quantity

➜ Providing your own blanks?

  • Please send a link to the product you will be using.

  • We need to see a sample in person before we can confirm the order.

  • Turnaround time does not start until the order has been finalized, paid for, and blanks have dropped off.

  • Please order extra pieces of each product in case of misprints.

  • The order must be approved before you ship or drop off blanks with us.

  • Please review our Customer Supplied Property Terms.

You must include a size breakdown whether you are ordering blanks through us or providing your own.

  • EX. 100 - 1801 White T-Shirts - 25 Small 25 Medium 25 Large 25 X-Large

If you are supplying your own blanks and your counts do not match we will have to send a new invoice which will significantly delay production. Please make sure all blanks are organized before dropping them off with us.

Things to note:

  • You will always need to send a link to the blanks you would like to use.

  • We will confirm stock on blanks when we review your order form.

  • Wholesalers such as LA Apparel and Everybody World have higher shipping costs and take longer to arrive since they ship from California.

  • Everybody World is usually pretty low on stock.

☐ Thread or ink colors

Let us know what colors you would like to use for your design.

★ We’re here to help! We can recommend best matches based on your artwork.

  • Pantone matching:

    • For screen printing we can only work from the Coated Pantone library. 

    • For embroidery, there are not always 100% matches however we use color calculators to find the closest match.

    • For DTG and woven labels, color may vary slightly. 

Pick Up, Delivery or Ship

Pick up is available Monday through Friday 10AM-4:30PM.

Shipping timeline is not included in turnaround estimations. Please plan accordingly.

Expedited shipping services are available. If you would like to provide your own label we prefer UPS are they consistently pick up from our building. 

Local Delivery: You can order an Uber Package to pick your order up for you.  

You must coordinate the Uber pick up with us before calling a car. We need to prepare the order prior to pick up. Once confirmed, you have to send a tracking link for the ride. If we do not receive a tracking link we will not be able to bring the order out for you. 

Have you had this design embroidered or printed elsewhere before?

  • If this is a design you have had made before please send us a photo of the final product so we can best match it! 

  • If you were unhappy with the product you made elsewhere please share a photo and let us know what changes you would like to make.

➜ After you fill out your order form

  • We will review all order details and reply via email.

  • If you are getting embroidery done, we will send an invoice for digitizing.

    • This is a one time set up fee to turn your artwork into a file ready for embroidery.

    • Each digitizing fee comes with a complementary sample on scrap fabric! We will send a photo of the sample over for approval.

    • Once the sample is approved we will send your final invoice.

  • If you are screen printing, DTG or getting woven labels made we will send your final invoice.

  • Production will begin once:

    • all above order details are finalized

    • your order has been paid for

    • [if you are providing your own blanks] we have received the blanks for your order

  • We will email you once your order is complete!
